Making a Universe.

The image above shows a three dimensional space created in the animation program Blender. This is a stage set with Eve being the only 3d modeled figure, and the rest being “flats” with an image projected onto them.

Ok which shall it be? Showed this series at Gowanus and lots of people liked the simple to complex cells series. But they really stopped to read the words of Alexander Hamilton about the dangers of factionalism and presidential overreach. Though it doesn’t look it, the theme throughout is evolution’s balancing competition and cooperation. We’re now at a point where the question is who cooperates best.

I will be at BWAC for at least 10/30 Saturday afternoon, and may hang out other times as well. See you then.

Bodies

What is consciousness? Does that exist without a body? “Souls” Do twins have one or two? We “Know it when we see it”, but not very many good explanations for any of this.

Chicxulub

If you don’t recognize the name, it’s the place on the Yucatan Peninsula where 65 million years ago a comet/asteroid hit the earth, creating a shock wave that wiped out almost all existing life - most notably the dinosaurs. Chance and evolution can lead to utter destruction.. as well as creation. Mammals, including humans, are here, largely because the dinos are NOT here.
